Repeating Nature

Experimenting through gouache, watercolor, colored pencils, and markers, I created textured illustrations inspired by reference images. For this project, we selected three to five textile print patterns to analyze and reinterpret. My chosen inspirations where a chicken, a strawberry, and a flower. I then developing unique, hand-rendered surface designs.
