Interior Collection entered in Cotton Incorporated's Textile Design Competition at Interwoven Textile Exhibit, Nov. 2025

Celestial Renaissance blends Renaissance elegance with modern artistry in a cotton-rich couture collection, transforming everyday comfort into a celestial-inspired design. This collection is designed for transforming the familiarity of cotton into exquisite displays. Inspired by gilded architecture, sculpted vines, and angelic motifs, Celestial Renaissance explores embellishment not just as texture though storytelling in the patterns. Metallic threadwork, digital embroidery, and layered surface treatments bring each textile to life. The collection includes a textured striped Swan Blush throw pillow, an Aegean Halo blue curtain, and a Trevi Fountain toned embellished couch paired with a coordinating textured wallpaper. Together, these elements create a bold, elegant room which each piece able to stand alone or harmonize in a statement interior. Using CottonWorks® performance cotton sateen as the foundation, I elevated the natural sheen and drape of the fiber to capture a silk-like luxury while maintaining cotton’s breathability and comfort. The result is a celebration of innovation and elegance, proving that cotton can be more than its everyday identity to become the centerpiece of modern luxury design.
