Using an existing dress as a reference, I drafted patterns without disassembling the garment, carefully analyzing the silhouette, proportions, and construction details. After recreating the form, I reimagined the piece through a custom fabric design of my own, allowing surface design to transform the original structure. This project combines technical patternmaking with original textile development, highlighting my ability to study existing garments while producing a distinctly personal interpretation.
