Fairway Bloom
This collection explores my personal brand identity through original surface design, golfwear, and elevated everyday dressing. My goal was to create a coordinated men’s and women’s collection that feels playful and refined while showing how one signature motif can be transformed across different garments, fabrics, and functions.
The collection began with original floral motifs that I hand-painted in watercolor and later digitized. I developed the artwork into a repeating pattern, experimenting with scale and inverted colorways to create a visual connection between the two looks. The Bloom Dress features a larger cream floral against baby blue, while the Fairway Bloom Polo uses the same motif at a smaller scale in blue against a white background.
Beyond developing the print, this project allowed me to expand my skills in textile design, draping, pattern development, and garment construction. I also experimented with athletic and performance fabrics for the first time, balancing the functional qualities of traditional golfwear with the softer, more elevated aesthetic of the dress.
