Design Sophomore Summit for Abercrombie & Fitch

I had the incredible opportunity to take part in the 2026 Design Sophomore Summit for Abercrombie & Fitch. Learning directly from industry professionals, hearing from former interns, and working through a real case study alongside such a talented group of creatives made for an experience I won't forget.

Our team built The Perfect Fit, a Spring/Summer 2027 collection centered on navigating the dating world as your most authentic self. We told the story through two couples, The First Date and The Adventurer, each styled to reflect a different kind of connection, with an interactive concept letting shoppers choose which couple's world felt most like theirs.

My focus was research and trend forecasting. I dug into where color, print, and silhouette trends were heading for SS27 and helped translate those signals into the direction that shaped our two looks, from the hand-painted print pairings to the mood behind each couple's story. It was a great reminder of how much strategy sits behind every "simple" outfit decision on a rack.
